A strategy is merely words on paper until they are implemented and those words, whether spoken or written, tell only a small part of your story. People think in senses and your stakeholders need to be able to feel, see, hear, smell and taste your difference; words alone will rarely do you justice.
How do we do you justice?
Discovering what makes an organisation ‘tick’ is often a cause for much debate and strong emotion. Therefore, this process is rarely a passive experience.
Formulating a strategy that will engage with stakeholders requires, mutual trust, respect and where this leads individuals beyond their comfort zone requires a considerable leap of faith. This has shaped the importance that I place in nurturing our relationship, as the road to self-discovery may on occasion be a testing journey.
Together we will become a formidable team.
